This is by far the best apartment I've ever lived in. The quality of this complex is above par with the other apartments for this price & area. My apartment is spacious and laid out very well (1,090 sq feet of living area). I expecially like the kitchen, which is very open and has lots of countertop space.

The appliances provided are all modern and function well. However, the washer and dryer have slightly less capacity than most standard units. The water heater is located outside the apartment in the storage area, so it won't flood the apartment if it ruptures (which happened to me at another apartment complex).

The cabinets are all solid-wood and attractive. The kitchen and bathroom countertops are standard-fare white laminated particleboard. My only complaint with the cabinetry is that there isn't much space provided for non-refridgerated food storage. However, there is ample space in the dining room for a stand-alone pantry.

The staff here are very friendly and well-organized. My maintenance requests were all handled within 24 hours and were fixed correctly the first time.

The sand volleyball court and swimming pools are all kept in good shape, and they are located far enough away from the apartment buildings to prevent noise from being a problem. The fitness center has some basic aerobics and strength training equipment.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this complex, and I have no reservations recommending this place to anyone who can afford the rent. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
