Location is perfect if stationed at Luke AFB. 15 min drive. Floor plan B2 is one of the best I've lived in and seen after growing up and living in Phoenix for 18 yrs. The grounds are spectacular, no noise, great staff. Rent was very reasonable. Location is excellent, right in the Arrowhead Ranch district. Very nice neighborhood. Wish I still lived there, but stationed in South Korea. Liced in Scottsdale for years as a kid, as this should sum up Arrowhead Summit: "Scottsdale luxury and comfort with the price tag." I lived in 4 different complexes in Glendale/Scottsdale in my years stationed at Luke and viewed literally over 50. This place is top notch. Move in now!
