The staff is very friendly and that's about it. They are VERY slow at responding to work order requests. I emailed them to make a complaint that I had to ask for a work order 4 times. I first asked when I moved in and had to keep asking...They have a 24 four hour promise. My advice is to email the work order in. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor snoring all night long. I can also hear my upstairs neighbor stomping up a storm. Pool views are not worth the extra money unless you are willing to deal with the noise level. In the summer there is a bug problem. I talked to a friend in the complex and we have both found scorpions in our first floor apartments. I only found one. That person however found several. Almost stepping on them a few times. After they had their aparment sprayed they said they found lots of dead ones.
