I really like my apartment, lots of space and a good rental rate. I had a few issues with maintenance but otherwise a good experience. Unfortunately, my lease is expiring next month and I am getting a rent increase of $200 per month!!!
That is outrageous. Rates have gone up because houses are no longer affordable. HELLO that is why we rent, we can't afford a house!! Unless you can afford a $200 increase when your lease is up then I wouldn't rent here.
