I would NOT recommend renting here. When we were looking at apts. this one seemed so great! The clubhouse, grounds, and model looked beautiful. We were so excited to have a new place until we moved in. There is a huge burn mark on our counter top, also they are very stained. The flooring in the kitchen is peeling up around the cabinets, Dishwasher and disposal do not work well at all, two of our kitch. drawers were broken and the carpet was stained dark grey in many spots. Also, we asked not be be put near many college age residents since we were having a baby. Well, that certainly didn't happen. We come home and find cigarette butts all over in front of our door, broken beer bottles all over the stairs, and someone spit chew all over the wall by our door. It doesn't help trying to get a baby to sleep when there are partiers running up and down the stairs all night and slamming doors. We talked to the office about it and they do nothing. Parking is another issue. We have two vehicles, and one is in the garadge, but we end up having to park all the way at the other end of the lot when we come home from work because guests take up all the spots in front of where we live. The noise level on this side of the complex it horrible. Also, you can here the people in the apt. next to you at night. Another thing that has happened lately is burglary. We have talked to some of the other people and many have had their cars broken into. Doesn't make me feel very safe with my baby in the house. I'm sure there are other things I could think of that we cant stand here, but this is good enough.

You need to understand that fair housing doesn't allow you to steer new people to a certain location. cars are broken into everywhere you go. maybe you should hav opted to pay for additional parking.

I actually work here at Arrowhead Summit, and I am pleased to say this is a beautiful community with much to offer to all of our residents. As for the above comment, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy here. The office is open 7 days per week, please feel free to stop in anytime, I would be more than happy to handle any noise issues you may be having. We also have a courtesy patrol number you can call after hours. As for the countertop burns, please call the office and put in a work order. Our maintenance team will gladly resurface the countertops for you. To adress the issue of requesting to not be by college-aged people, that is something that is out of our control. We follow all fair housing guidelines, and it would be considered "steering" to place you somewhere ourselves. Also, crime has no address, and additional parking is an option. Hopefully things are better for you in the future.

I have lived at the summit and have the same problem... the "children" that live next to us and above us are terrible.. i complain and nothing happens.... i call the so called courtesy patrol numer and no one calls back.. when i asked i was told that it only works sometimes.. what was i paying for.. the place is dirty and the "children" party all the time.. if you are a working adult over 22... don't live here.. they make their income off renting to college students.
