Do not move to Arrowhead summit. You will pay a ridiculous amount to rent an extremely average apartment. There are usually many lights in the common area that are burned out, creating a dangerous situation. The lamp posts in the grassy retention area have giant plastic balls on top covering the bulbs. Rarely is less than two of the covers broken off and the bulbs broken. The gates are anything but reliable; the gate on one side of the exit is actually chained closed (I assume because it keeps breaking). It took maintenance three trips to fix the knob on my dryer (apparently they didn't believe me that it was broken). As I write this review it is pouring rain and the sprinklers are still going full blast. I guess all of the maintenance issues and high complex water bills explain my high rent price. I am going out tomorrow to look at rental houses, because the rent is comperable even for houses in nice neighborhoods.

One more thing--parking is atrocious. It is not uncommon for me to have to park so far away from my apartment that I could physicall not be any farther without leaving the apartment grounds.
