The leasing office is supposed to help you! You pay them money to work for you: Instead, they hang up on you, dodge your calls, lose your paperwork and then say you owe them more money because they can't find your paperwork... We had to sign three different pre-lease papers, all which were wrong!!! When we tried talking to the leasing consultants, it was obvious they didn't know anything, and when we asked to talk to management, they wouldn't let us. So instead called for us, and came back to tell us the cops would be called on us! We didn't do anything wrong, we were just trying to move in!
