I moved in during the Spring of 2006 and so far so good. I have a simple one bedroom apartment and it was in excellent condition when I moved in. There area in which I live is very quiet and I haven't had any issues with the apartment or the enviroment. The staff has been very friendly the few times I had interactions with them. For the value and location, I would say this is a great apartment complex.
