Like you, I read these reviews before I decided to move in. I disregarded the negative reviews as isolated incidents, or from jilted renters. Unfortunately, every bad thing is true. Horrible staff, wolf spiders, ---- roaches, carpet beetles, and scorpion infestation. I have seen several scorpions in just a few months. I have talked to others who saw them on a regular basis. When you tell the managers, they flat out lie and tell you that you are the first one to ever complain in your building. Work orders can take weeks to be attended to, and calls will not be returned. There is so much more I could tell you, but the important message is go somewhere else.

I live around the corner in a single-family res and have found 4 scorpions in the house in the last 6 months and that's with monthly spraying. Maybe it's the new area? I'll let you know. My move in is tomorrow.
