I have been herea year, can't stand it. Parties all the time, the maintenance people are non existant and the front office have their heads up thier a**. The stairs are disgusting, never cleaned. 2 scorpians in the apartment on the third floor, we've been here for a year and since we moved here from 3000, miles away, they won't renew our lease because it ran out and they had to run the application as if we were new comers. This half of the apartment is empty, they obviously don't like to keep people who have paid their rent on time all year. They made us write letters like children why we couldn't get the lease renewed in time (we travel a lot for business)and still denied us! WOW. and besides the naked people at night in the pool and the drunk kids puking in the pool and hot tub,this place still wouldn't be anywhere near a nice place to live. The applicances break, they never fix it. The schedule days to change the airfilters more than once a month at times and take out any upgraded filters you might have. THIS PLACE AS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR US AND I am reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. RUN!!!! far away.
