When we first moved into Arrowhead it was nice. Since a change in management, the place is a nightmare. Loud cars speeding through at night. The squeaky gate, all makes for a poor night's sleep.The office staff is rude and to say not helpful, is the understatement of the century. Be careful of the 60 day notice to vacate. This place will not cut anyone any slack with that and you will pay for one month's rent. Look around for another place to live, PLEASE!!!!

I totally agree that this place is terrible place to live. The management's motto should be "Admit doing no wrong or ever doing anything wrong." Check your inspection report before signing it if you decide to move in here. Mine was incorrect, and I had major problems in my apartment upon moving in. I will be glad to get out of here.
