All these other posters must be smoking crack because Arrowhead Summit has been a great place to live (though I guess if all my neighbors are apparently smoking crack that does bring it down a little.) This was my first apt and the application process was a breeze. I had new carpet and relatively decent appliances (the washing machine is a bit loud but I just run it when I'm at work). I've almost always had service orders completed within 24 hours. As for the claims that it is noisy I have sometimes wondered if I have any neighbors in my building as it is almost always quiet. Rent-wise this was the cheapest "luxury" apartment in the area that I could fine. And the staff for the most part has always been polite to me. The pool and gym weren't the best I had seen while apt-hunting but have always been adequate. Plus there's a way-cheap tanning booth if you're into that sort of thing.

I seriously wonder if these other people actually lived here
