We lived at Arrowhead for a year (to finish out our lease).

When we moved in the apartment was filled with smoke and was not even finished being cleaned. We had to beg that they would try and fix the problem. We had to stay out of our apartment for two weekends in a row while they tried an oxidation machine that sort of worked. They offered to let us move to another apartment, but none of our plans were available, so we could move to a much more expensive one, that we just couldn't afford. So we stayed.
Next, our neighbor became a stalker. He wouldn t leave me alone and I had to call the police several times. Finally, after 4 other women complained the apartment complex evicted him. This was way too long of a process.
Then, our water heater burst and flooded our apartment. This was during the middle of the day, so the maintenance people came out and we lived with dryers for a week. But then the next month a hose in our washing machine burst at 8:00 on a Friday night. We called emergency maintenance and the guy said that he lived too far away, Surprise, and he wasn t going to come out until the morning. So we sat in water until the next morning at 11.
Lastly, everything was about 10 years old and needed to be replaced. We went through two washers because they kept giving us broken machines and we had a horrible dishwasher that they would never fix.
Overall, we choose Arrowhead Summit because we thought that it was nice and cheap. If I would have known what I know now, I would have paid the extra 100 a month to leave down the street at a better complex. So, if you choose to live there, don t say you weren t warned.

Oh, and I forgot there is an abnormal amount of mentally challenged people that live in the complex and are constantly walking around looking in your windows.
