I moved in to Arrowhead Summit on July 3, 2009, today is July 22, 2009 and I am moving out. I am a sigle women in my forties, with three grown childern and eight grandchildren. My family does come to visit, My youngest daughter 23, came to stay with me from July 18th until July 26th, her boyfriend would come over after work, about 7 or 8pm and we would watch a movie, talk or just watch TV, on July 21st I received a call from the manager, James, that his maintance staff said there was a couple in there twenties living in my apartment and they had a dog that weighted 30-40 lbs, and wanted to know if this was true, I told him she was staying with me and was leaving on July 26th, he wanted to know what kind of dog it was, I said it is a mixed. After we hung up, he called me at work, I felt a bit creepy that in 2.5 weeks, someone has been watching me and my apt and was at night also becuase the boyfriend did not come over till then. After work I went with my daugher to the office to ask the manager James who has been watching me, he said maintenance lives on the property, I asked him, dont you think that is a little creepy, he said well if you dont want to obey the rules. I told him I would be using there one month promise, which states, you can move out in the first 30 days with no penalty, he said he was looking forward to it. I cannot beleive the attitude of this guy, very rude, will laugh in your face like he is in control and running a boot camp, I even told him someone was looking on my balcony, he said no they were not, I tld him I had knoced over an ash tray and there was a note on my door to clean up my Balcony, I am totaly creeped out. Be warned there are pervets living there and will be watching your every move, even private ones. The Carpet stains even with water. It took the staff 2 weeks to get my gate key and pass key working, so I had to call everytime I got home to get in. DO NOT MOVE HERE 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I agree. i had cought some office members looking thro my windows in my living room and BEDROOM around 7 pm. this is the worst place to live!!! they make you feel extremely violated. no one deserves to be watched over like that. i confronted them and they had nothing to say for themselves. needless to say i moved out the next day.

Wow! What a reputation for an apartment complex. My husband and I are retired and thinking of moving into an apartment. We drove by Arrowhead Summit the other day so though I'd check it out. By all the comments there is no way we would even consider moving into such a place. How can this complex keep going down the same path with an over abundance of lousy comments. Not everyone can be wrong!!!!!!!!! It sounds like they should be doing some cleaning out of staff and cleaning up in the units!!

To me it sounds like this woman was caught breaking the terms of her lease and is pissed off about it. I've lived here since November 2008, and I love it here. I'm very grateful that several of the staff members live on site, and keep an eye on things. I've never felt like I was being spied on, and James has always been extremely courteous and professional. If you are looking for a nice place to live, with a good location, at a reasonable price and pleasant staff, then this is a great place to live. If you are looking for a place where you can ignore the terms of your lease, I suggest you look elsewhere. I don't want you for a neighbor. In regards to the person that said "Not everyone can be wrong", keep in mind that most of the people that take the time to go write a review are the ones that have some sort of axe to grind.
