My wife, my newborn daughter, and I just moved into these apartments two weeks ago. The move-in process was so easy. Linda was great with the paperwork and making sure everything went smoothly. With our other apartments, it was hectic on move-in day and it seemed as if the others were not prepared. Arrowhead Summit, on the other hand, was very professional and had everything ready to go before we arrived to get our keys. They spelled out the leases main points for you instead of just having you sign it (which was a first for us). The office staff care about their tenants and the property grounds (which is evident if you walk through the property).

My wife and I are ecstatic to be living here. I don't understand how it has such a low rating. From what I've read, it's been from people breaking their lease and the office staff upholding what was signed upon move-in (not to mention have the entire family give bad reviews on this thing). Bottom line is, if you want a place where you can break the rules and get away with it, noisy, unsafe, ghetto property...move elsewhere. This place is quiet, clean, and they uphold the bylaws of the lease. Don't sign the lease if you will not abide by it.

The only thing I am unsure of is the visitor parking. I do not see too much uncovered parking for my family to park in. I'll have to call on that.

I give this place a 100% so far. They are so on top of their game it's ridiculous.

There is hardly any visitor parking. That was our biggest problem with the complex. We had 2 vehicles and half the time we had to park on the other side of the complex.
