I have lived at Arroyo Vista Apartments On 56th Ave and Colter for over 2 years and during that time I have not had the best experiences, I have been harassed several times by the office employee especially the office manager on numerous occasions for no apparent reason. I also been over charge in rent on several times and I was never reimbursed. The property is poorly cared for. Proper security measures are not taken to ensure the safety of the resident. The pools look like your personal creepy lagoon and make it uncomfortable to invite guest over to visit as well. I would not recommend that any one rent from them unless you are ready to be disgusted from the employees on down the pools and the up keep of the grounds
