Look extra careful before signing lease because they lure prospect residents with free rent and then they change the terms. The rent is great $530 2b/2b but you have to pay water on top of that :(and renters insurance is mandatory $10 :(. Spacious bedrooms but small living room cause there is no dining area :(. I live on the second floor and the a/c unit must be old because i'm spending more electricity than the previous apartments we used to live last year (Cameron):(. Too small for a family with kids and Playground sucks full of grafitti and burned:(.Plenty of parking but you have to pay for covered no washer or dryer laundromat expensive.
