The apartments are small, and the location is not the best. I lived there for a year from 2003-2004, but the staff is great. They are willing to work with tenants with bad credit, which is great if you are a college student who got out of control with credit cards. There is covered parking, and there is semi-property patrol at night. Contrary to where the location is, and the neighboring apartments, there is little crime in the area.
They do allow dogs, which is great for thoes with dogs who are over 40 pounds, like myself. The only problem I had with the complex was when I left. I recieved my renewal notice for my lease, and when my rent should have gone down, since I had put my security deposit spread out through my years leases, my rent went up almost 60 dollars, which it should have gone down. I paid my last month's rent and left before my lease renewal and I have been fighting for the last year to have a judgement against my credit fixed for one month rent they claim that I owe.
Just try and do your research....

I've had no trouble with paying rent on time; but in our case the rent has gone up both times we have gone to renew our lease. However, they're finally giving us the option to sing a one year lease instead of six months as has been the pattern. Now at least we can lock our rent in for a year at one price. We would have looked somewhere nicer and more expensive had we known it was going to go up so often
