We've lived here for close to a year and a half and have a had a pretty positive experience. Management is very attentive to needs and requests and maintenance is always prompt. We've never had a problem with noise or safety-grounds patrol very prompt as well. Parking can be tough if you arrive after dark, but chances are you won't get towed unless you're dumb enough to park in someone's covered spot. Never ever seen a roach, though crickets are a problem in the summer-then again, this is Arizona. Good neighborhood and very close to major shopping, dining, and entertainment. Is a pet friendly complex, though grounds are kept dog-poo clean most of the time-the management doesn't tolerate residents not cleaning up after their pets.
