I didn't like Lori, she looked like a frog. Lucky was okay, but she was fired...she didn't really much of anything in the 3 week period that she was there but lie to people applying for jobs there. And Yolanda, she's just sorry. Every time I talked to her about serious problems, she didn't care! It sounded like she was eating chips or stuffing her face ever time I talked to her. There's some evil-troll office worker that works there (the one with red hair), and the other girl, the young one, looks really hoe-ish. "Shake, Rattle and Rent (and hook up with me) at Camden Towne Center" was more like it. It was just gross! I can't believe those people were even allowed to work there. The don't have their stuff together at all. The only good person there was Rich, the maintenance man.

I don't even know where to start! First of all, we just moved out about 3 weeks ago. We had previously given our 60 day notice to Lucky, the 2nd apt. manager since we had moved in. She told us to turn in our keys on or before the 24th of July. If we turned them in before, it would start the 14day process of getting our $400 deposit back as well as our $230 pet deposit. Later, we were informed that that was not happening (from the new manager). We had turned our keys in 2 weeks early. We had paid all of our rent (by the way, we were never late...not even once!!)and just turned them in early. They had said pretty much that we were liars and they nobody had told us that we would get our deposit back that soon before the 24th. The little gremlin with the smokers cough in the office also told us that she couldn't fine our move in inspection sheet and she hoped that we didn't have damage, because we would be charged. The apt was in horrible condition when we moved in in the first place. Massive holes in the carpet down the the floorboards, drawers missing in the kitchen, bugs in the light fixtures, etc. But we would be charged for it. We are not getting any of our deposit back, and as a matter of fact, they said we owe them $45 dollars for carpet cleaning. Which, were just professionally cleaned the day we moved out. On another note (this is still not good), in October, they lost our rent. We had paid a day early because we were leaving and would end up being late if we didn't pay then. We put our rent in the drop box in the appropriate envalope that Camden provides...taped on the outside and everything!! And they lost it. My hand actually followed it down into the shoot. They said that it falls onto the floor and they don't have a bin or box for it to fall into. They said that someone probably thought it was garbage and threw it away. They sent us a 5 day eviction notice, called my work and told them that I was being evicted b/c of non payment (told someone at my work!!)and then said that it was our fault for not being careful with it. They also said that we were responsible for the next months rent right away. We called the 800 number on the recipts and they were not cashed. This went on for a month. One another note (yet again, not good...), our neighbors constantly partied, got arrested (seriously!!) faught, and had a massive pitbull that they let piss of the side of the balcony in 115 degree weather. That smelled great! Yet again, Camden sat on their fat butts in the office and did nothing. We highly advise anyone thinking of moving here to rethink their choice. These people are incompatent and selfish. I'm just glad I'm out of there! If you need a great place to live, check out Lake Pleasant Village in Peoria...I know someone that works there and she is wonderful! On a good note, the maintenance man was nice.
