I would not tell even the person that I like least in the world to rent at Camden. The service was horrible, they lost our rent and charged us for a pet deposit when we didn't even have any pets...there was damage noted on our move in form that it was from the previous resident. We still got charged, and they said if it remains unpaid, they are sending us to collections. I have since chosen a new and affordable, beautiful place to live. It is called Rancho Del Sol. It is located on 87th Ave. and Peoria. Townhomes! I think they are fairly new from what the girl said in the office. My 3 bedroom townhouse is only like 700 a month. Anyway, enough about me. Don't rent from camden.

Well I called Ranco Del Sol and went over it is G-E-T-T-O. No You cannot receive a three bedroom for 700.It's gross on the bad side of town.NEXT TIME YOU GIVE ANDVICE MAKE SURE IT'S GOOD ADVICE.!!!! I would have stayed at Town Center rather than trying to save a dollar. Not worth my life or car to live in the getto.

I LIVED at Rancho Del Sol for nearly a year--it's a horrible part of town, and there are always car parts just lying around. Always different, too. Stolen? Probably.
As for the apartments themselves, our ceiling leaked for months and was never fixed--they came in and made a huge mess and still the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom was visibly CAVING IN. It smelled liked mold in there. Our floor had carpet tacks left in it, so you ran the risk of stabbing yourself if you waled around barefoot. Our last month was totally ANT-INFESTED. I understand the management has changed since then, but when we were there back in 2005, the office manager repeatedly lost our rent and was actually charged, after leaving the complex, of stealing people's rent checks for herself.
Yeah, Rancho Del Sol was TERRIFIC. Keep an eye on your car. Probably don't want to go out at night, either. Have fun!
