I like living here. I lived here last year during the winter and returned this year. The apartments are the best price I could find in the area for short-term leases. I have had no problems with the office staff. Any service requests have been responded to and fixed in a timely manner. The pools are nice, although, not heated. It is a pet-friendly complex, so expect to see many of them. The pet owners are generally very good about keeping control of and cleaning after their pets. There is noise on the weekends during the night which is loud if you keep your windows open at night. If the windows are closed, the noise doesn't normally bother me. The apartments are currently being painted and it seems to be a long process. Parking can be very difficult. It is most difficult on Sunday night, which can be a problem. My only other complaint is the smell of smoke from another unit that wafts into our apartment. It is most unpleasant and some of my clothes now reek of smoke. So, it might be a good idea to check out the unit before you lease. We were out of state and unable to do this. Overall, living here has been a pleasant experience both times and if I needed to rent again for any reason, I would rent here. It is also very convenient to shopping and Peoria Sports Complex, if you are a baseball fan.
