When we first moved in the apartment was dirty. We had a horrible ant problem right away and had the pest guy here every week. Only until the people below us moved did the ant's go away. Parking is a problem. People walked their dogs outside but never picked up after them so it smelled outside our apartment. Several kids next door ruined the landscaping. The gates rarely worked and the office was closed many times. Its a great location, but not worth the quality of living you will find here.
