When I first moved in I did a walk through of my apartment, and noticed numerous holes in the wall as well as the toilet paper holder broken. I asked the staff to please come and look at these problems, which they never did. Over the year and a half that I resided there there were numerous problems that were over looked. The pool was dirty not to mention that one weekend there were live ducks in the pool, dog feces were in the grass as well as on the paved walkways, and whenever you tried to reach the office by phone or in person, there was nobody around. In June of 2007, my washer broke. I called to report it, and when I finally got a live person on the phone it took two days for someone to come look at it. The guy that came to look at it played around in there and said he fixed the problem. Well he didn't. I complained three more times, and finally they came in to replace it. I was at work at the time, and when I got home there were black grease marks on the carpet, doors, and all over the floor in the laundry room. I had already renewed my lease for another year, so i was stuck. The worst part came in May of 2008. I was set to move out and into my new house. My last day to occupy this heel hole was May 31st. In the middle of May the A/C went out. If you remember, we had some of the hottest days in valley in May. There was an extensive heat warning. I called these people numerous times as well as went into the office, and it took them FIVE DAYS to fix the A/C. They didn't offer to set me up in a hotel or even another unit. I had to go stay at my parents house, and missed work because of it. The staff as well as the grounds are horrible. Don't be decieved by the location of this community. Don't judge a book by it's cover.
