I completely recommend Cantamar From: Paterick Date posted: 11/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived in Cantamar for over two years and I have never had a complaint about them other than the lack of visitor parking at the back of the complex. They have an awesome maintenance crew. They are very efficient and very effective. They usually respond to the calls within a few days and always make a follow-up call to make sure everything was fixed. The management are always nice and very helpful. They have a Cantamar Cares Team that are always planning community activities. I especially liked the mornings that they hand out orange juice and bagels to the residents as they go to work.
