run down, plumbing leaks in bathroom and kitchen, a/c barely works, pools nasty-most of the time unusable, no fitness center as advertised, took 4 months to get dishwasher fixed, took 3 months to get them to fix the drawers in kitchen, management staff raved about the "security"-car was broken into in front of apt. bldg. in the middle of the afternoon and noone saw a thing. Manager told son he could move to a 2 bedroom if he got a room mate but 4 months later was told it wasn't financially to their advantage to do so. Was also told that he could break lease after 6 months but when he had to come home due to several problems, was told he would have to pay a percentage of the balance of the lease. Seems that the grounds manager says one thing and the financial mgr says another. Maybe they get a kick back off the people they screw.
