I have lived here at Country Creek apartments for about 3 years. I have known the staff here for quite some time. and they are an outstanding people and very helpful. They have an excellent maintaince staff, they have courtesy patrol, and the grounds are maintained well. Nice place to live, I would recconmend this place to anyone including my family. The parking is great, lots of open spaces for visitors.
laundry rooms are close by and cleaned daily. The laundry rooms are open 24/7 and there are surveillance cameras to make me feel more safe. The neighbors are nice to know. I have never had a problems living here and would recommend it to anyone.

I say this Sugar Plum posting is their staff trying to get their sad rating up. I feel bad that they are so dishonest but it really doesn't surprise me. I would advise anyone who is even thinking of renting here to go out there at night and then you can really tell just how bad this place is. You will see your real neighbors and get to smell that horrible smell from the cows and waste. Just a warning before you sign the lease and are stuck living in this awful place with management that doesn't care, maintenance that is shady and pretty much a joke, and security that you need to call the police on. Maintenance would come into my apartment without my permission and without any work order requested. Me being a single woman, it scared the hell out of me. When I would come home from work I would find things they left behind. One time I stayed home sick from work and caught one in the act. He just let himself in and when I caught him he took off immediately. I right away informed management to which I was only given excuses. It sickens me to think of what he did all those times in my apartment when I was not there. This was also beyond scary. I was told by a police officer I had to call out there that the next time their security came to my apartment drunk and not wanting to leave to call them. How freaking sad is that. Maintenance fixed my broken towel holder in the bathroom by shoving toilet paper in the hole to keep it up. Of course it fell down. I had to go out and spend my own money to fix it right. THIS PLACE IS A HELL HOLE.
