No Problems Yet... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I've been here 2 years and nothing bad has happened. Maintenance always fixes what i request. Crime in Glendale generally is poor but I've been lucky and nothings happen to me. This place even has a night monitor so that kinda helps. Yes, sometimes neighbors get noisy but the offices usually goes right over and quiets them down. I think any place you go to there will be problems, but luckily I don't have any complaints.
