We have lived here for just over 1 1/2 years. It used to be just fine. However, since the new management took over, they rent to just about anyone. Our neighbors are heavy smokers and the smoke comes through to the A/C to our apartment. It is also extremely loud. We have motorcycles, bullet bikes, and "pocket rockets" going up and down the parking lot loudly almost every day. There are also many cars with extremely loud music. I have complained to the office about this and they have done nothing to address the issue.

Within the past few weeks, we have had three water mains break all within four days. Therefore, we did not have water for almost three days straight. This was all without any notice, communication, or apology from the office.

We also were expecting a package a few months ago. When it never showed up we went and asked the office if we had ever received any packages. They were not helpful and told us to just go look. We looked everywhere and it was not there. We put in a claim with the company we were supposed to be receiving it from to get our money back. This was during the middle of May. About 2 weeks ago (the middle of July), we had a note put on our door telling us that we had a package. We went down to get it and, lo and behold, it was the package we had been expecting 2 months before. It was shoved in a the back of a closet. Who knows how many other packages people have not received!

These are just a few examples of things that have happened here lately. I would not recommend living here as it is noisy, and the office staff and maintenence are not helpful or friendly.

All issues brought up on this post is valid and true. The office staff doesnt care about anything except making money and throwing in your face that they are spending 2 millions in upgrades... BULL ----!!!!!!
