We have lived in several apartments over the years, and we must admit that this is the worst mistake we have ever made. Our tires have been slashed and someone has tried to break into our apartment. When brought to the office managements attention we were told that there is nothing they could do. The energy efficiency in the apartment is awful! You won't realize this until your first electric bill arrives over $200 for a dinky 900 sq ft apartment. Not only that, but the Master Bedroom is so hot as the vents do not allow enough cool air from your air conditioner into that room. And if you want to bring this to the attention of the maintenance staff, good luck because they don't take appointments, nor do they have the courtesy to contact you to advise you they will not come. Several times we have tried to make appointments and they would agree to show up and they would leave us hanging. The Office staff is just as bad, ruthless and caring more about the money than the safety or satisfaction of their tenants. Complaining does no good, not even with their VP or Regional Managers. The property has changed office staff more than eight times in the two years we have lived here. If you want to live next to hookers and criminals, this is the place to be since they do not do any criminal background checks, even though they say they do. Though they are doing some aesthetic upgrades, don't fool your selves with this dump. Also, don't expect to sleep in on Wednesdays because the landscapers start at 6:30 sharp every Wednesday. Also, they say they only allow small dogs, but we have seen some very large dogs that have attacked our small dogs. No one even has the decency to pick up after their dogs and parvo is spreading like crazy. We're counting down the hours until our lease is up.
