I have lived here for three years and have seen a lot of changes with this property. We recently renewed our lease for the third time and moved to one of the renovated apartments. The other residents are now very respectful thanks to Darlene persistence on getting Greentree back the quality residence we once had. Honestly we never hear any noise inside our apartment. Prier to Darlene coming to Greentree the noise was an issue but Darlene and staff is getting a grasp on the noise and it is wonderful. The new management has made a lot of exterior changes cleaning up the property. I would love to see Darlene become our office Manager for she cares about us and is always trying to make Greentree HOME.
