they are trying to lose residents From: stuckatgreentree Date posted: 7/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response when i moved into greentree, i was given a snow job and moved in. the management showed no interest in providing any attention to resident needs. approximately four months ago, a new leasing agent was hired. her name was darlene. she did everything within her power to make residing at greentree a positive experience. my opinion of greentree turned positive with her addition. it seemed the complex was becoming a great place to live. apparently greentree didn't like the positive response from the residence, because darlene is no longer there and the complex is going down the toilet. i don't understand the management's thinking. the manager doesn't seem to care about resident's needs and the new leasing agent doesn't seem to know her job. i had the opportunity to speak to the new supervisor. she seemed to be more concerned about her appearance, then she did about my needs. it didn't seem to me that the new supervisor nor the new leasing agent have enough experience to to do the job. so you have three members of the management team that only seem to want to collect a paycheck. i could not and would not recommend greentree apartments to my worst enemy since darlene was replaced.

Darlene is gone? A sad day indeed... she was always very sweet, upbeat, positive and took a real interest in actually getting to know the residents and help them with any of their needs. She was the reason my boyfriend and I were glad to sign a lease and move in!
