I've been here for a little over a month, and while this is admittedly a small sample, I have to say I am pleased so far.
The office staff is probably the most pleasant I have ever dealt with. Any maintainance issues are handled by Hector, possibly the nicest guy on the planet.It helps that he also knows what he's doing.
All the appliances are new, and the apartments have washers and dryers in them. A huge plus. Basic cable is also included. Basic cable sucks, but you don't pay for it so no complaints.
the neighbors are primarily students going to Thunderbird next door. Because Thunderbird is a graduate business school, most of them tend to be a bit older, more responsible and mercifully, more quiet.
On the whole, all seems good so far...
