I've lived here for over a year now, and I do not have any complaints. Any maintenance problem that I had was usually fixed in less than an hour by the grounds crew, which is pretty amazing. The complex is clean and very well run, and the administrators, Gina and Jon, are very pleasant and accomodating. In my experience, they've gone out of their way to help out with any problems. I think the superb quality of the administrative services is pretty unique, and hard to find in this day and age. The apartments are pretty standard... clean, with new equipment, but the place is well run and I would definitely recommend Greentree to anyone. Also very student-friendly...
