Greentree is a decent place to live at. The apartments are clean enough and I never saw any signs of vermin or whatnot. The grounds are maintained well and they are responsive to complaints about noise ( I had to file a few against an inconsiderate neighbor, it was taken care of in time).

There were a few minuses here and there, like the A/C, while it worked well, it was quite noisy in the common area. Otherwise the appliances were within 10 years old, the faucets and toilets worked too. In unit washer/dryer is handy and worth having.

Parking is usually good, though it is been more and more difficult to find a covered spot. I think greentree could actually benefit from a reserved parking system, this would be fairer to people who are in the units in the center of the complex. All it takes is one joker holding a block party and residents have to walk 4x as far. Usually it wasn't a problem though.

Overall not a bad place to stay, do be careful to secure your car though as I did see a car with a smashed window out there.
