I have lived at Greentree Apartments since 11/08. I have since renewed my lease for another year. I had no reason to move from this community. The apartments come with new appliances and carpet. Washer/Dryer in the apartment. No walking or driving to the laundromat. The maintenance personal are reason enough to live here. I have only had one problem at my apartment with my thermostat and maintenance was there within 5 minutes to install a new one. I see them all day long walking with tools and ladders. They are always working. The grounds are always kept up. No garbage laying around. The pool is always crystal clear. Gina is the best manager anyone could ask for. If you ever have a problem, don't be afraid to ask her. She will go above and beyond the call of duty to help in anyway she can. Bottom line: You get what you pay for and what you get is a great place to live, period!
