I do agree with some of the comments made previously, such as noise and dorm life. A group of college boys have vandalized our car on several occasions. And, we received no assistance on this from the office. It no longer happens and they still reside there, but I don't believe it is because the office did anything.
But, that is the only bad thing. The utilities are great priced. Our water bill for a family of 3 is 22.00 a month. Try living in Peoria where it is 75.00 a month.
The office staff has always been very great with us and our daughter. Maintenance issues are always taken care of promptly and followed up on.
I don't think they are too high priced. They are high, but not any higher than others in area.
I personally hate security gates as they don't really keep bad out anyway, just follow someone in and you are in. The gates work much more than I would like. I like it when they don't, but I have only seen them broken once.
