Indigo Creek

The car theft rate in Indigo Creek is extremely high compared to most other apartments in the area - this is even when they have a gate installed (useless gate by the way, people can tailgate others and find their way in anyway). And who can blame the car thiefs? This apartment is a buffet for them! Walk right inside and you'll be treated with a huge selection of cars, it's like a free auto dealership without proper security. PLUS, it's located nearby a Mexican town.. surprise surprise.

And yes, I agree with the previous reviews - parking is absolutely horrible! It is overcrowded and very hard to find a parking spot. Once I had to park OUTSIDE the gate in front of the leasing office, just because no space was available!

On a more positive note, it has very good facilities and the interior of the apt is clean and new. Expect the usual student late night party - this apt is populated by Thunderbird & ASU student. The complex is very dark at night, and many ppl have complained that it is too dark and it made them feel unsafe. However, no incidents have been reported so far - APART FROM CAR THEFT.

And one final word - the apt is indeed overpriced, especially if you're thinking of staying in a 1-bed (they have no studio). $700 a month for god sake.. I'll take my pick elsewhere.
