Nice place for couples or small families

The apartments are very new, with modern appliances and the grounds are well-maintained.
Staff is courteous and helpful, if not always completely on the ball.
There are three pools, two with hot tubs, though they are not always working.
The gym is small, but always open to residents, and with a good variety of equipment.
All apts are cable and security alarm ready, but high speed internet access is not an option.
Small pets are allowed but there is an additional charge for pets.
Laundry is in unit.
One covered parking place per unit but extra parking for second car is difficult to find.
