Rude management and no customer service skills

The biggest problem I have run into at this apartment complex is the management. The women are extremely rude! They have never been of any help, even for the simplest questions or inquiries. They ignore you when you are standing in front of them waiting for assistance. I've spoken to other residents and they have experienced the same thing. The place may look nice, but the management sure isn't.
