Getting Worse and Worse

Don't believe them when they say they are a luxury community. When we first moved in here the grounds were beautiful and I did consider these apartments luxury. Now since Greystar has taken over the property has fallen into disrepair. The landscaping is not maintained properly, the awnings over the covered parking are not repaired well, and the Courtesy Patrol is never seen patrolling. The management staff is rude and unprofessional. We have lived here three years and within the last year more and more questionable people have been allowed to rent. Personally I have heard gunshots as well as very loud parties and tenants yelling, screaming, and fighting at two oclock in the morning. The police are here quite often. We are located close to a few colleges but this would not be the place to live if you expect "A place to relax and rejuvenate beside tranquil, cool water" or "A perfect sanctuary from the busy world" as quoted from their website.
