I didn't have too much trouble at the apt.

When I first moved in, the living room fan chain was broken, and countless times my
garbage disposal kept breaking even after maitnence would come to fix it.

My oven would not heat up properly.

The security gates at one point, I never saw closed ever for months on end.

Plus my car had been broken into twice in the time frame of about three months! Nothing valuable,
but having it taken was a major pain.

To make matters worse, when I told the management, the lady just said she was sorry and said there were a lot of car breakins that night and then two seconds later just ignored me and started helping someone else.

Though like one reviewer pointed out, only after Greystar took over did it get really bad.

The management hired ditsy women to work there and this manager named Jeremy Hilton was totally unprofessional, but that's when the real fun starts.

When I gave my couple months notice to move out I went about my business as usual, and moved all my belongings to my new house, and turned in my keys.

For about two months after moving out, all was well until I got a call from a collection agency claiming that I owe Indigo Creek 300 something dollars for rent and and other fees.

Well after getting the run around I finally figured out that Indigo Creek was lying their butt off.

They claimed I had moved out a week later then I actually did and were trying to charge me a weeks worth of extra rent! But silly me at the final walkthrough and when I returned my keys, I didn't get any paperwork as proof of the day I went.

But this was my first apt.

so I wasn't smart...though I learned my lesson big time!

There wasn't any way I was going to pay that, so I took them to court.

But to make an already long story shorter, we ended up settling out of court and didn't have to pay them a dime.

The jerks will do anything to squeeze just a little extra money out of its residents.

Very rude...in fact, since I had just had major surgery before this incident, my mother helped me and went down to talk to the manager (Hilton) and when she confronted him about the lying about the date of the walkthrough, she said he told her to "Prove it." I wouldn't recommend this apt.

to anyone.

I feel sorry for anyone living there now, unless there's been a change of management since I left two years ago.

Call me dumb but I did not see where to post my comments. I wanted to add that overall I didn't have too much trouble at the apt.
