RUINED MY CREDIT!!!

I lived here with some roommates and when we moved in it was great. It went under new management and everything just went down hill from there. All of a sudden I wasn't allowed to have my pet! They also sent us a note saying we underpaid by like $5 and we had to pay late fees and everything!! Also, my car got hit by somebody and broke into and nothing was done. There "security" gates never worked! I left and was signed off by my rommates. So when they left, Indigo Creek tried to send me a bill saying I owed $1500!!! It wasn't my responsibility anymore! I was signed off! This was a total hassle to take care of. They sent it to a collection agency and then reported it on my credit bureau. It was totally false and made it almost impossible to rent anywhere else unless I carried around my form showing I was signed off and not responsible. It took me 1 1/2 years to FINALLY get it off my credit reports!!! The staff would just try to tell me that "they dont know what happend" and one time a girl told me she didn't know why I was calling it was already taken care of!! Obviously it wasn't!!! My advice is dont rent from here and if you do ALWAYS keep EVERYTHING they ever send to you or put on your door....

I'm sorry what happend to you...a similar situation happened to me when trying to move out as well and it took a bit of time to resolve. I wrote my own review, Don't Do it if You Value your money & Your Posessions!!! These people are horrible low lifes and Indigo Creek could be a nice place if the management would be good, and honest!

Hey...I feel you! They sent my account to collections also, and they are demanding their money. It has ruined my credit and I never received the bill they supposedly sent me. When I called them, they told me they sent it to me and it was never returned to them. The new management is scum and they do not understand. Do not rent at Indigo Creek.
