Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
This place gave me a hard time when I was there, and now almost a year later, I'm still dealing with them!
I'll just sum this up for you guys: An eviction notice for non-payment of rent was placed on my door. The very next day I went to the office to have it "taken care of." Where I learned that management places these notices on tenants doors to "cover all their bases," and that it was really more of a scare tactic.
I moved out, and had a small remaining balance. I paid that, and received a letter saying my balance was down to zero, and everything was cool...OR NOT!!! Come to find out, that little eviction notice and judgement was never retracted, and was placed on my credit report! FANTASTIC!!!
These people have no clue what they are doing, nor do they care of the quality of service their tenants receive. My car was broken into twice, and their is absolutely NO disturbance control!! My vote for this apartment complex would definately be NAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
