I haven't lived in these apartments for almost two years and i am still trying to fix my credit! I found out recently that a balance that i had already paid TWICE had been in collections for a number of months. it hadn't been communicated that it had been paid, and now i am screwed! The management lost one of my rent checks and blamed it on me, only to find it a few months later under a stack of papers, and they still tried to charge me the late fees. I dealt with two changes of ownership, and each one was worse, less professional, and more prone to sending out unfounded eviction notices than the last. Do NOT move into these apartments under any circumstances.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, this was with the previous management company. We have had this property since September 2006 and we have worked very hard to make everything wonderful here at Indigo Creek!

I agree, the management change was NOT for the better!
