My husband and I moved into the apartments in January 2007. We moved into a dirty apartment and have had trouble ever since. I vacummed cob webs between the carpet and floor boards. My biggest complaint is there is absolutly NO PARKING! Our covered parking is constantly being taken by other cars and when we call the towing company to come remove them, they give us a 24 hour time frame in which the cars have already left. The parking is so bad people are parking in front of garbage cans, up in the landscape and along the fire lane. Management is always full of excuses, sticking up for their employees and all of their faults. They are always sending out "be curtious" flyers but won't do anything to help fix the problem. If you're thinking of moving in, drive around the parking lot on a Friday or Saturday night and count the number of open parking spots. Guaranteed you won't find many if not any at all. We've lived there 6 months and are so ready to move out.

i totatlly agree! the parking is crazy. people are always in the rocks!

ha ha im on right now printing these out to take to management because i was woken up to my car being towed thanks to the lack of space, i parked along a red curb, but what was the alternative? the alley way behind the complex? fantastic place to live. maybe if i had had my truck and parked in the rocks they couldnt have towed me!
