A neighbor inform me there was a large family living in the apartment,that I now occupy. the carpet was dirty on move in,bugs can be seen on carpet. Tiny black bugs on kitchen floor and counter tops. Air condition does not turn off always running. Insolation is terrible and Maintence response is 2 - 3 days slow and dont really know how to fix problems. Front office allows renters to go through Packages delivered and in turn packages are being lost. front office should be a little more proffesioal. This is Arizona and gets very hot the complex should have more covered parking for the rate renters are paying. No show extermantor are a norm, which has to be addressed bugs and such are not good for our health.
