Its a shame that only disgruntled individuals post negative feedback on this site...
I've had the privilege of living at Indigo Creek for a little over 3 years now, I've been through 3 management transitions and must say that each management has improved our community drastically.
After reading some of the negative postings I'm a bit alarmed that Indigo Creek isn't getting the recognition it deserves. Not only is the management competent but they are very accommodating to your needs. The management has bent over backwards to make sure my needs have always been met. I must admit the previous management was a bit questionable, but the new staff has really gone the extra mile to make our experience at Indigo Creek a memorable one.
I know many of the negative postings are based on parking, gates, theft, & apartment quality so I would like to address them myself.
Parking - parking can be a bit difficult at times, each apartment is given an assigned location...but anyone that has lived in an apartment complex knows that parking is ALWAYS an issue
Gates - gates are a great feature of Indigo Creek, it is frustrating that they aren't always operational but again if someone really wants to get in the complex they can just wait and follow someone in
Theft - it is true that we had a problem with this in the past, I even had my vehicle broken in to, the staff at Indigo Creek was very understanding and actually let me have a garage at no cost until I could get my vehicle repaired. Some prior postings have called out Indigo Creek for not doing anything but they have hired a security patrol to watch over the complex.
Apartment Quality - I almost found it funny that someone would actually complain about the quality of our apartments/landscape. The apartment are amazing and anytime I've had an issue the maintenance crew was there within 24 hours to fix the problem. The grounds are well kept, trust me every morning I see landscapers/maintenance men cleaning the complex.
In all I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live, my only reason for leaving at the end of my lease will be to purchase a house. Indigo Creek has been great to me!

That is awesome that they hired a security patrol company to patrol the unit. I made that suggestion to corporate when I needed my situation heard and when I needed answers. Also, I am glad to hear that they may be shaping up. When I was there, the management was horrendous. Anyways, kudos to you!

I am currently on this site venting vicariously through those that have defeated the monstrosity that is my current residence, Indigo Creek Apartments. My car was towed last night after remaining in the red zone for four hours in the late hours of the evening. Due to the absolute lack of space I have been forced to park along the curb (the luxury spots next to the dumpsters were already taken). Parking is a HUGE issue at this complex. Management actually distributed a notice a few months ago asking the residents to park in the alley behind the complex due to the lack of space. This location is a joke. Abandon vehicles remain in uncovered spots for months untowed, but a paying resident's vehicle was towed without warning. This establishment is an example of guest service and awareness. Now I must retire to the pool, the only one of three that has not been locked shut by Maricopa County. $500 tow fine and lethal amounts of chlorine, Indigo Creek means paradise.
