I have lived at Indigo Creek since the beginning of last year and have had no problem like these other people. The one thing that I have to agree with is the parking my husband and I both have cars and we sometimes had trouble parking. One way we solved the problem was not by complaining to the office staff because they are not construction worker and can not pull extra land out of their butts, so when we leave at night we move the car that we are not taking into an open spot so that we have our covered spot when we get home.
I love that the maintenance guys are always at my apartment right away. The work orders are always done correctly. And I always see at least one person walking around picking up trash and I love it because some people can be really messy.
The office people are great. I have had some financial problems and they always listen. I know that they can t treat me any different then they treat other people but they really care. They have a CARES Team which is the coolest thing ever. I love the breakfast that they put on like every Saturday.
Pretty much I just want to say this is a great place to live.

CARES team is a lame attempt to make you feel warm inside after over-paying rent and getting screwed. I am dealing with the manager right now because we moved out and she rented our place to another person 3 days after we moved out. They came into our apartment after we moved out, but it was still ours. They moved all our stuff that was in there into a storage space, and now they are trying to charge us for it. They did the same thing to me! They changed my locks before by lease was up! I went to go pick up my last load and when I got there my key didnt work.. I tried to get in and I could not. I had to wait till the next day because the office was already closed... their excuse was they already had someone wanting it and that was going to be moving in that day they changed the locks because they could not reach me by phone and wanted to make sure I knew so that I would leave earlier!!!! THEY WERE NUTS! I had to use the new key and return it to them... I even stayed the night there refuseing to leave until the next day when my lease was up... They also tried charging me for some damaged drywall in the garage space we were renting that I had complained about when I first moved in.. Oh yea and this place charged me a lease break fee because I didnt give them a 60 day notice I was moving out and the end of my lease...
