I recently moved out of Indigo Creek, the management stinks!!! I had a bad feeling from the very first day I came in to look at the property.
The management lacked the professionalism you would expect.
They were standing around gossiping about someone who didnt pass there background check.
I ended up taking a walk around the property by myself and was shocked to see several police cars on the property.
As I walked around I saw several large groups of black people walking around.
It didnt look like they were having a casual stroll either.
It looked like it was a propery with gang activity.
I lived there 6months and will say the police were there often but I never had any problems with anyone.
THe parking suck big time and good luck trying to talk to the management.

oh my gosh I have to agree with this renter. The staff was a bunch of gossipy ladies and a guy who always had to ask the gossippers how to do his job. I stopped by 3 times and everytime there were groups of gangs standing around and the police cruising around. I mentioned it to the staff and they acted excited that the police were there. WEEIRD. I changed my mind very quickly.
